Shinjuku Piccadilly, operated by Shochiku Multiplex Theatres, will screen FACELESS by Michihito Fujii , the winner of The Hochi Film Awards Best Film 2024, with English subtitles from December 13th, 2024.

Directed by Michihito Fujii, (The Last 10 Years , 18×2: Beyond Youthful Days) FACELESS is a suspenseful masterpiece that will leave your heart trembling.
Based on Shoutai, the acclaimed novel by Tamehito Somei, the story follows Kaburagi, an 18-year-old suspect in a murder that shocked the nation. After being sentenced to death, Kaburagi escapes, assuming new faces and identities to stay hidden. Portraying the fugitive with 'five different faces' is Ryusei Yokohama, one of the most anticipated actors of his generation and the lead in NHK’s 2025 taiga drama.
This marks Yokohama's third collaboration with Director Michihito Fujii, following We Are and Village. Over the past three years, the duo worked closely to develop the script, with Fujii describing the film as 'a deeply meaningful project.'
The stellar main cast also includes Riho Yoshioka, Shintaro Morimoto, Anna Yamada, and Takayuki Yamada, all of whom expressed their strong desire to join this film. (Running time: 120 minutes)
